Our team attended the fourth consecutive Trade Days exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham on Sunday 8th and Monday 9th October 2017, and were pleased to see many familiar faces and meet new business over another very busy two day period. It's always a very productive and busy time for us and we would like to thank everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to visit us at the event.
The popularity of our test equipment and business support services continues to grow, adding value to mobility retailers, with steady increases year on year in take-up as well as consumer recognition of our quality products. Less than 24 hours after the show, we were receiving calls from businesses that had been unable to visit the event, but had placed orders based on personal recommendations from attendee businesses.
Our usual show-stoppers were joined this year by our New Mobility Scooter prototype and our handy Portable Compressor Pumps. The new vehicle (pictured in red) will be available nationwide and we've already received orders from mobility retailers who tell us that the extra legroom is just what many of their customers need and haven't been able to find before now. Using the same quality build and providing the power and stability which users of our vehicles have come to rely on, our new model offers a comfortable vehicle more appropriate to users with impeded leg flexibility (for example).
Our new look Portable Compressors are selling fast for use in workshops, by mobile technicians and retail customers alike. Working via the charging point of our vehicle, a fully deflated 6" tyre took just 34 seconds to fully inflate to 35 psi! Many of our trade customers have original pumps supplied by us that have lasted over 8 years, clearly showing that our 'quality first' approach to our products adds value all the way down the chain of supply and offers outstanding value for money.
We would like to thank the organisers and industry media for their dedicated approach to developing the event and working with us to ensure the growing success of future shows. We look forward to next year and even more exciting developments.
